What’s Included?

01 - Tune up Service

We provide a premium service to ensure your bike remains at its peak performance level.

Each visit we carry out a comprehensive assessment to your bike ensuring all components are working as they should and all bolts receive a torque check.

The bike will receive a wash to remove any dirt and dust keeping the bike looking fresh.

Your maintenance record becomes updated with details of all work carried out and the condition of high wear components such as chain, bearings and pad wear.

By regularly monitoring your bike's condition we will be able to predict when components will need to be serviced or replaced meaning you aren’t left with an unexpected bill.

02 - Intermediate Service

Carried out at every 2500 km. An Intermediate Service provides preventative measures to keep things running smoothly

As standard

- Drivetrain stripped, degreased and regreased.

- Protective grease cleaned and re-applied to all bearings.

- Seatpost removal & grease applied

- Electronic software update check

- Tyre sealant replenish

(Additional parts required not included)

03 - Advanced Service

Carried out at every 7500 km. An Advance Service is a thorough examination of all components.

As standard

- All work included in Intermediate Service

- Full Cable Replacement (parts included)

- Full Bearing Service - ( headset, bottom bracket, hubs, jockey wheels, pedals ) removed, degreased and regreased/replaced.

- Hydraulic brake fluid replacement (if applicable)

How it Works

  • On first visit we will carry out an initial assessment and service to ensure your bike is in full working order and a safe condition.

    We will carry out a comprehensive assessment and will provide you with a non-obligatory quote for the work required.

    Payment for the initial service will be due on collection of the bike.

  • Upon completion of the initial service we will assign a reccomended service schedual depending on your monthly distance ridden on the bike.

    This is a fixed-price servicing plan for a 12 month period.

    Cost of parts are not included in this fixed cost and any parts fitted will need to be paid for upon collection of the bike.

    Upon each visit we will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your bike which monitors the condition of all components on the bike.

    High wear components such as brake pads, disc rotors and the chain will be measured at each visit ensuring replacement at recommended limits to stop excessive wear and damage to paired components.

    You will receive a copy of all work carried out, notes and measurements in your bike's own service history document.

  • Ensure to drop the bike off at the agreed time slot and in a respectful condition.

    We aim to have the bike back to you within 48 hrs of being dropped off.

  • Servicing is fixed-priced for the 12 month period. Which can either be paid up front or we will set up an interest free monthly direct debit schedule.

    Parts & components are not included in the servicing cost and must be paid for upon collection of the bike.

    Payment is via card only.

  • We hope you’ll love our service but if you don’t you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.

  • Cleaning fee if bike arrives in poor condition - £25
